Bartender - Four Seasons Hotel Rabat

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr in Morocco is looking for a Bartender to join its team. Reporting to the Bar Manager, the Bartender delivers exceptional beverage experiences with personalized, attentive and professional service, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality through expert beverage preparation, product knowledge, guest engagement and efficient bar operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages while keeping quality, presentation and service consistent.
• Anticipate guest needs, give recommendations and explain the beverage offerings.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Support the overall success of the Food & Beverage operation.

Required profile

• Previous bartending experience in a luxury hotel, resort, fine dining restaurant or high-end bar.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with guests.
• Highly organized, service-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in French and Arabic is highly preferred.
• Eligibility to work in Morocco.

• Point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures (preferred).
• Mixology and cocktail preparation.
