Beauty & Fragrance Community Experience Manager

About the role

The Beauty & Fragrance Community Experience Manager will build and nurture a professional network around brands, fragrance professionals, beauty founders, creators, hospitality partners and ingredient specialists in Morocco.

Key responsibilities

• Build a professional beauty and fragrance community in Morocco and identify relevant brands and professionals.
• Organise small‑format fragrance events, olfactory discovery sessions and ingredient experiences.
• Develop relationships with beauty entrepreneurs, hotels, spas and premium venues.
• Coordinate supplier presentations, fragrance sample experiences and partner‑event calendars.
• Support product launches, maintain community and partner records, and develop collaborations with local beauty networks.
• Provide content and logistical support for international visitors and suppliers.

Required profile

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, luxury, hospitality or lifestyle.
• Strong professional network‑building ability and experience organising events.
• Fluent in French and English; Arabic strongly preferred.

What we offer

• Indicative fixed compensation of MAD 24,000–36,000 gross per month, depending on experience.
