Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Casablanca

About the role

We are looking for a multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Casablanca team. You will assist travelers and our hotel partners with booking questions, changes, complaints and time‑sensitive issues, ensuring each case is resolved with clear communication.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer and partner enquiries via phone, email and ticketing system.
• Listen, diagnose issues and provide accurate information.
• Investigate booking‑related concerns, complaints and disputes.
• Coordinate with hotels, partners and internal teams to find solutions.
• Maintain clear records of every interaction and keep customers informed.
• Escalate complex cases while retaining ownership of the customer experience.
• Share recurring issues and improvement ideas with the team.

Required profile

• Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Confident communicator in French, Arabic and English.
• Genuine enjoyment of helping people and solving problems.
