Bilingual Recruiter – Remote (English/French)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing team at 1 Clean Air. Working remotely, you will support our expansion across Ontario and Quebec by managing the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify staffing needs and create compelling job postings in English and French.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening interviews in both languages and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and facilitate offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with department leaders to align hiring strategies with operational goals.

Required profile

• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to manage 10+ open positions per month with speed and precision.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities in a remote environment.
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or related administrative roles.
