Book Keeper / Payments Specialist

About the role

As a Book Keeper / Payments Specialist you will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day financial transactions and ensuring that all payments and invoices are processed accurately and on time. You will work closely with the finance team to keep the company’s accounts up‑to‑date and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily bookkeeping records and update the general ledger.
• Process vendor payments, customer invoices and other financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and summaries for management.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve and streamline financial processes.

Required profile

• Strong background in bookkeeping and finance.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field preferred.
