Brand Manager

About the role

Ferrero is looking for a passionate Brand Manager to drive growth and strengthen the market position of its iconic brands. You will work closely with regional marketing, sales, and trade teams to develop and execute strategies that increase market share and deliver consumer delight.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Regional Marketing Manager in preparing the annual brand plan, providing market, competitor and consumer insights.
• Manage the brand budget, covering advertising, promotions, research and market analysis.
• Coordinate advertising and consumer promotion activities with regional teams, agencies and media partners, ensuring legal compliance.
• Monitor brand performance metrics, sales KPIs and collaborate with Sales Force and Trade Marketing to evaluate project efficiency.
• Oversee portfolio management, including packaging development, positioning analysis and innovation initiatives.
• Conduct regular market and consumer research, translate findings into actionable plans, and support strategic improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in FMCG marketing, with a strong focus on brand strategy and execution.
• Fluent in English and French.
