Brand Manager – MTA Cluster (Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria)

About the role

The Brand Manager will lead the definition and execution of brand strategy for the Morocco‑Tunisia‑Algeria (MTA) cluster, aligning with global and regional marketing directives. This strategic leader will drive brand growth, market share and customer engagement through innovative, compliant marketing initiatives and end‑to‑end product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion the brand vision, positioning and roadmap for the MTA cluster, including pipeline assets and upcoming launches.
• Lead cross‑functional brand teams to ensure integrated planning, launch preparedness and consistent execution across all channels.
• Develop and execute tactical launch plans, omnichannel campaigns and promotional materials while ensuring compliance with SOPs and Code of Conduct.
• Monitor brand and launch performance through KPIs, market analytics and customer feedback, adjusting strategies to optimise outcomes.
• Manage brand and launch budgets, forecasts and ROI‑focused investments.
• Engage with HCPs and KOLs to generate insights that shape positioning, value propositions and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Sales, Supply Chain and Global Marketing to ensure launch readiness.
• Localise global and regional launch strategies and materials to reflect market dynamics and access conditions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management or marketing leadership within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate market insights into actionable launch plans.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to lead diverse teams.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on market share growth and ROI.
