Brand & Sales Ambassador – Laboratory & Analytical Technology

About the role

As a Brand & Sales Ambassador for Laboratory & Analytical Technology, you will be the face of IKA in Morocco, promoting the brand and driving revenue growth across the assigned territory. You will build strong relationships with customers and channel partners while identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and achieve revenue targets within the designated sales region.
• Expand market share by acquiring new customers and strengthening existing accounts.
• Serve as the primary local contact for IKA customers and channel partners.
• Execute local sales and marketing activities as directed by sales management.
• Visit existing and prospective customers to present IKA solutions.
• Identify sales opportunities in target industries and close deals.
• Support channel partners in promoting the IKA brand and closing sales.
• Provide product feedback, market trends, and competitive insights.
• Maintain customer data and report activities using the IKA CRM system.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, outgoing personality with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Basic understanding of IKA products and applications.
• First sales experience and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Technical or scientific education is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Valid driving licence and own car are desirable.
