Business Analyst – CRMA/FO Reporting (English Required)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst specialized in CRMA and FO reporting to join an international project based in Casablanca. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has strong analytical abilities, and thrives in Agile environments.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Analyze data and reporting requirements and support solution design.
• Ensure requirements are well understood throughout the development lifecycle.
• Prepare, execute, and coordinate functional testing with business users.
• Validate deliverables and support business sign‑off.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting solutions.

Required profile

• 3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
