About the role

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Business Consulting & Strategy Manager to help organizations address complex business challenges, develop effective strategies, and achieve sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market opportunities.
• Assess business operations to identify challenges, performance gaps, and improvement areas.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry assessments to support strategic decision‑making.
• Lead consulting projects from assessment through implementation and performance evaluation.
• Analyze financial, operational, and commercial data to produce actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define priorities and transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance or related field (master's degree advantageous).
• Proven experience in business consulting, corporate strategy, management consulting or business planning.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to evaluate business opportunities and market risks.
• Excellent analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with business analysis tools.
