About the role

Boyer Law Firm is expanding its French‑speaking practice and seeks a proactive professional to drive growth. You will combine client intake with business development, turning prospects into retained matters while building the firm’s presence in French‑language markets.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with French‑speaking prospects, guide them through the intake process, and convert consultations into retained matters.
• Maintain accurate records in the firm’s CRM and case‑management system.
• Deliver a first‑class client experience from the initial contact.
• Develop referral relationships with professionals in French‑speaking communities.
• Identify partnership and market opportunities, represent the firm at networking events, and propose lead‑generation initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing on FAQs, trends, and content ideas.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native French speaker with professional fluency in English.
• Enthusiastic about sales, relationship‑building, and business development.
• Confident communicating by phone and video.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑directed in a remote work environment.
• Curious, proactive, resourceful, and motivated by measurable results.
