Business Development Manager – Morocco

About the role

To support the development of GEDU’s business, its people, processes, technologies and data, ensuring revenue targets are reached and service quality is continually improved. The Business Development Manager will identify and create partnerships with new student recruitment agencies and other educational providers in Morocco.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and create partnerships with new student recruitment agencies and other educational or training providers.
• Assist the team in achieving student recruitment targets for each intake.
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with company stakeholders, recruiting partners and customers.
• Analyse customer feedback data to gauge satisfaction with products and services.
• Support programme management to maximise enrolment.
• Attend business meetings and provide training to new recruiting partners.
• Provide insight into product development and competitive positioning.
• Analyse financial data and devise strategies to reduce costs and increase profits.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with executives to determine cost‑effective approaches for new opportunities.
• Meet potential partners to present offerings and negotiate business deals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and management skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong business acumen and effective communication skills.
