Business Development Manager – North Africa Region

About the role

KEENFINITY is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its Video Systems business across Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Francophone West Africa. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships and delivering revenue targets while travelling frequently across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional business development strategy for the assigned territories.
• Identify new market segments, conduct competitor and pricing analysis, and support market entry initiatives.
• Achieve annual sales and revenue targets, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and business cases, and negotiate contracts.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Identify and establish channel partners, distributors and resellers where applicable.
• Participate in tenders, RFPs and large‑scale projects, and represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, technical, finance and operations teams.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts, pipeline reports and maintain CRM records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in security, video or technology solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse market trends and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior decision‑makers.
• Willingness to travel regularly across multiple countries in North and West Africa.
• Fluency in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
