Business Development & Marketing Internship – Clinical Research & Life Sciences

About the role

Clinova CRO is seeking a motivated final‑year student for a Business Development & Marketing internship in the clinical research and life‑sciences sector. The role offers hands‑on exposure to identifying new business opportunities, supporting outreach campaigns, and enhancing the company’s digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Research pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical‑device, IVD, CRO and healthcare companies that could benefit from Clinova’s services.
• Identify decision‑makers through LinkedIn, company websites and industry sources.
• Support targeted email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, drafting personalized messages and follow‑ups.
• Maintain and update the business‑development tracker/CRM with contacts, outreach status and opportunities.
• Conduct basic market, industry and competitor research to inform business‑development activities.
• Assist in preparing presentations, capability decks and one‑pagers.
• Support LinkedIn and broader marketing activities, including content planning and campaign coordination.
• Help identify potential partners, sponsors and service providers in Morocco and internationally.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student pursuing a degree related to business, marketing or life sciences.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written communication and professional outreach skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
