About the role
Beyond is a fast‑growing short‑term rental revenue management platform seeking a Business Development Representative to join its global sales team. You will be the first point of contact with new prospects, helping property managers and owners discover how Beyond’s AI‑driven solution can boost their revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Source, outreach to, and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- Convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos for the Account Executive team.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to share best practices and improve prospecting tactics.
- Achieve quota targets based on lead generation and activity metrics.
Required profile
- Highly collaborative and able to work with both local and global stakeholders.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and can prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ambitious, proactive hunter with a strong desire to grow within a high‑growth startup.
- Resilient, curious, optimistic and solutions‑oriented with a track record of over‑achieving metrics.
Required skills
- Experience with outbound prospecting strategies and cold‑calling (≈90% outbound).
- Native English speaker; Italian is a plus.
- Data‑oriented mindset with comfort handling large data sets.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and sales automation/engagement platforms (bonus).
- Knowledge of property management systems or the vacation‑rental market (bonus).
