Business Development Representative

About the role

Join Palm Outsourcing’s international outbound team as a Business Development Representative. You will work remotely, calling UK businesses, following a proven multichannel framework and converting warm leads into qualified discovery meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Make 200+ cold calls per day to UK businesses.
• Execute multichannel follow‑up via email, LinkedIn and SMS.
• Convert warm leads generated by the company’s email engine.
• Book qualified discovery meetings and manage the pipeline end‑to‑end.
• Maintain accurate CRM data with daily discipline.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C2 level) – written and spoken.
• 1‑2 years experience in cold‑calling, B2B sales, SDR or BDR roles.
• Enjoy making high‑volume phone calls and have a cold‑calling mindset.
• Comfortable handling conversations across phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Strong rapport‑building skills with knowledge of the UK or US business market.
• Organised and disciplined about real‑time CRM updates.
