Business Development Specialist – French Market (Remote)

About the role

Palm Outsourcing is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to drive outbound prospecting for French‑speaking markets. The role is fully remote and focuses on generating qualified conversations with decision‑makers, then handing them to the closing team. Ideal candidates are fluent in French, comfortable with English for internal communication, and thrive on high‑volume outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume cold calls and personalized messages to French‑speaking prospects.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha or ZoomInfo.
• Conduct all prospect‑facing communication primarily in French, adapting tone to Francophone business culture.
• Handle objections and navigate gatekeepers using structured scripts.
• Log all outreach activity, outcomes and follow‑up tasks in a CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or similar) in real time.
• Support calls with French‑language email and LinkedIn sequences to boost reply rates.
• Track personal metrics (dials, connects, meetings booked) and report weekly.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native French proficiency; working English sufficient for internal use.
• At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, cold calling or B2B lead generation.
• Resilient attitude toward rejection and strong motivation to meet targets.
• Proven ability to work independently from a remote setting and meet daily outreach goals.
