Business Operations Analyst - Arrowsphere

About the role

ArrowSphere, offered by Arrow ECS, simplifies multi-cloud delivery by integrating providers such as Microsoft, AWS and IBM, and serves 27 Arrow entities worldwide. As part of the FinOps team, the company is expanding its AWS operations. This Business Operations Analyst role ensures the availability, reliability and accuracy of data within the ArrowSphere platform, working with internal stakeholders across Europe and North America. The position is based in Casablanca, Morocco.

Key responsibilities

• AWS operations: configure and onboard/offboard AWS accounts, update setups and billing details, reconcile accounts in the platform, report new accounts to AWS, validate and process orders, update discounts and follow up on AWS cases.
• AWS billing and discounts: reconcile monthly invoices for all countries accurately and on time, resolve discrepancies, and carry out AWS consumption and discount analysis.
• Cross-team collaboration: coordinate with AWS-related activities, work with technical, infrastructure, support and data science teams, and respond to business, sales and finance inquiries.
• Process improvement and projects: support new AWS models (e.g. Billing Transfer), help define and document new processes, and assist with AWS or ArrowSphere projects.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in business or operations or a related field.
• Fluent English and French.
• Ability to navigate complex environments, highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, comfort with challenges and adaptation to change.

Required skills

• Solid IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
