Business Performance Partner – Lines of Solution

About the role

You will act as an independent advisory partner to Line of Solution Managers, Product Managers, Sales and Finance teams, providing forward‑looking performance insights that drive strategic decisions across Orange Wholesale International.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate quarterly performance reviews, business reviews and executive summaries for management forums.
• Analyze revenue, margin, P&L, churn, pricing, product mix and other KPIs, identifying gaps and actionable improvement levers.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning cycles, consolidating inputs from product, sales and finance.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics Solutions Architect to improve KPI reliability, reporting and dashboarding.
• Detect early signals of value leakage and growth opportunities, and help implement recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in revenue, margin, P&L management, forecasting and budgeting within B2B telecommunications, wholesale or digital services.
• Strong analytical ability to turn complex data into clear, decision‑oriented recommendations.
• Fluent in French and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Strategy or a related field.
