Calibration Engineer – Powertrain Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Calibration Engineer to join our team in Casablanca, focusing on powertrain calibration datasets and tools for vehicle projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage calibration datasets for various powertrain configurations.
• Maintain CRETA and other project tools used in calibration activities.
• Validate, trace and integrate calibration updates into vehicle software.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings with calibration teams and resolve technical issues.
• Oversee calibration approval and validation processes, ensuring compliance with AVL quality standards.
• Prepare reports, software releases and support vehicle testing activities.
• Collaborate with project teams and customers to guarantee on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Knowledge of powertrain systems (gasoline, diesel, PHEV, HEV, BEV) and their control units.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and a structured work approach.
• Basic experience with MATLAB/Simulink models.
• Good driving skills.
