Capture Manager

About the role

The Capture Manager owns pursuit strategy and execution across regional opportunities, shaping customer requirements and driving win strategies to deliver bid‑ready proposals for autonomous defense systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own capture plans, gate and milestone reviews, and win‑theme development using Shipley‑informed methodology.
• Build and maintain the customer picture, shape requirements, and engage ahead of formal procurement.
• Develop win strategy, competitive positioning, and price‑to‑win models in coordination with HQ.
• Manage teaming strategy and local industrial partner relationships within compliance and export‑control rules.
• Sustain customer engagement established by previous wins and maintain active relationships across staff and local offices.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years in defense business development or capture with a proven record of won pursuits.
• Deep, active network within the regional defense ecosystem and strong knowledge of regional defense procurement dynamics.
• Demonstrated competence in capture methodology, win‑theme development, gate reviews, competitive positioning, price‑to‑win modelling, and teaming negotiation.
• Strict adherence to anti‑corruption and export‑control compliance.
• Fluency in French and Arabic; working English required.

Required skills

• Familiarity with counter‑UAS, UAS, ISR, or C2 systems (strong plus).
• Relevant military or client/government authority background (strong asset).
