Catering Coordinator

About the role

The Catering Coordinator supports the Catering and Conference Service Managers at Four Seasons Resort Marrakech, ensuring smooth administrative operations for events and meetings. This position blends office duties with occasional front‑of‑house assistance to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate written correspondence, including letters, contracts, reports, banquet event orders (BEOs), schedules, printed menus and emails.
• Facilitate all aspects of the internal Four Seasons Resort Meeting Program under the guidance of the Catering Manager.
• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems for account files, program evaluation databases, master binders for BEOs and resumes.
• Ensure compliance with Four Seasons sales and marketing standards while collaborating professionally with colleagues.
• Assist front‑of‑house operations as needed, such as greeting guests, manning hospitality desks, and supporting quick set‑ups or teardowns for banquets.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail for preparing and managing event documentation.
• Ability to organize and maintain both electronic and physical records.
• Willingness to support front‑of‑house tasks and work collaboratively with the team.
