Change Management Specialist (TO)

About the role

We are looking for a Change Management Specialist (TO) to support our supply‑chain and production teams in Morocco. The role focuses on coordinating scheduling meetings, managing nomenclature data, and ensuring accurate reporting across procurement, quality and launch functions.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with Procurement, Quality, Nomenclature and Series Launch teams.
• Prepare, lead and document scheduling meetings, producing clear minutes.
• Identify and correct nomenclature anomalies, and circulate corrected files to the factory.
• Analyze dossiers, detect irregularities and update activity‑tracking and reporting files.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of project status and reporting dashboards.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in Logistics or Industrial Engineering.
• 0‑6 months of relevant experience.
• Proficient in French and English (B2‑C1 level).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesize information.
• Proactive and able to propose improvements.

Required skills

• Knowledge of product nomenclature processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
