About the role
The Bus Station Operations Manager is responsible for the overall operational, technical and organisational management of the Marrakech bus terminal. The role ensures smooth transport operations, high service quality for travelers and carriers, and strict compliance with safety, security, hygiene and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of the bus station, including coordination of arrivals and departures.
- Maintain fluid vehicle and passenger flow within the terminal premises.
- Optimise the use of platforms, waiting areas and service counters.
- Oversee ticketing desks, waiting rooms and passenger services.
- Ensure adherence to safety, security, hygiene and transport regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in transport, logistics or public service environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex operational processes.
- Strong knowledge of transport regulations and safety standards.
