About the role
The Customer Relationship Officer for the Eastern Region will be attached to the Agency Director and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring high‑quality service and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Continuously improve the client experience across the assigned portfolio.
- Develop the portfolio by increasing the equipment rate of clients.
- Promote client loyalty and ensure regular renewal of relationships.
- Introduce new product offers and digital tools to existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain sustainable profitability of negotiated operations.
- Manage risk effectively in all client‑related transactions.
Required profile
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
- Strong client orientation and relational skills.
- Effective communication and persuasive abilities.
- High level of rigor, organization, and initiative.
- Ability to work closely with clients and understand their needs.
