About the role
The Bank is seeking an Account Manager to work at its Khenifra branch. You will be the first point of contact for clients visiting the agency, ensuring a courteous and professional experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a courteous and professional welcome to all clients entering the branch.
- Ensure speed, accuracy and reliability of all teller and back‑office operations.
- Deliver accurate and relevant information in response to client inquiries.
- Contribute to high‑quality customer service through effective client interaction.
- Drive commercial effectiveness in processing operations.
- Manage and mitigate risks associated with banking transactions.
Required profile
- Minimum education: BAC+3 (equivalent to a bachelor's degree).
- Strong client orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of rigor, organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain close proximity to client needs.
