Chef de produit – Marketing & Communication

About the role

The Product Manager will join the External Marketing and Communication division in Casablanca, reporting to the head of the unit. The role is responsible for steering product strategy, defining positioning and evolving the bank’s offering in line with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead market research initiatives and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyse product performance data, build dashboards and recommend improvements.
• Define product vision, lifecycle management and feature prioritisation.
• Coordinate the launch of new products or services, preparing presentation materials and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, digital and operational teams to ensure offer coherence and optimal customer experience.
• Monitor key performance indicators and actively participate in product decision committees.

Required profile

• Experience in the banking or financial sector, preferably in product or marketing roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and produce actionable insights.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for cross‑functional coordination.
• Proven ability to conduct market studies, customer surveys and competitive benchmarking.
• Higher education in marketing, management or a business school.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools.
