Chef de Projets Etudes – Cadre Principal

About the role

The Fondation Mohammed VI de Promotion des Œuvres Sociales de l'Éducation-Formation is launching a public competition to recruit two Cadre Principal officers as Chef de Projets Etudes. The role is based at the headquarters in the Forest and Heritage division and focuses on managing and coordinating study projects that support the foundation's social and educational initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multidisciplinary study projects.
• Coordinate with internal units and external partners to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with the foundation’s statutes and relevant Moroccan regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of professional experience in study management or related fields.
• State Engineer degree in Civil Engineering (Bac+5) or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects in a public or non‑profit environment.
