About the role

The National Agency for Land Conservation, Cadastre and Cartography is seeking a senior leader to head its Land Conservation Service. This position oversees the administrative, legal and accounting management of land registration activities across several regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of property registration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Supervise the administrative, legal and financial operations of the service.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve performance of land conservation offices in Ben Guerir, Boulmane and Taounate.
• Coordinate with senior management and provide regular reports on service efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal regulations.

Required profile

• Holding a legal diploma granting access to at least scale 17.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in a land conservation service (scale 17), or 12 years at scale 20, or 15 years at scale 17.
• No disciplinary sanctions related to professional activities.
• Positive appraisal from the immediate supervisor regarding competence and suitability for the role.
