About the role

The Office National des Aéroports is seeking an internal candidate to lead its Financing and Debt Management Service within the Finance and Control Department. This senior position is responsible for shaping financing strategies and overseeing the organization’s debt portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financing strategies to meet ONDA’s financial needs.
• Monitor debt maturities and analyze financial conditions of existing obligations.
• Participate in negotiating financing contracts and prepare financing dossiers for approval.
• Analyze ONDA’s overall financial situation and provide recommendations to optimise debt management.
• Track debt commitments, ensure efficient management, and produce regular reporting on debt status and financing operations.
• Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of the organization’s budget.

Required profile

• Internal candidate meeting the eligibility criteria defined by the organization.
• Proven experience in finance, preferably in public‑sector financing or debt management.
• Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of financial regulations.
