About the role

The Office of Professional Training and Employment Promotion (OFPPT) seeks a qualified Civil Engineering Trainer to develop the competencies of learners and meet labour market needs. You will design, deliver, and assess training programs in civil engineering.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver civil engineering training programs to learners.
  • Participate in information campaigns and selection of trainees.
  • Conduct competency assessments and evaluate trainee performance.
  • Supervise on‑site internship activities in construction companies.
  • Support the administrative management of the training establishment.
  • Provide individual guidance and mentorship to trainees.

Required profile

  • Engineering degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering/Construction (access to public service scale 11).
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in civil engineering or construction.
  • Age under 45 at the start date.
  • Moroccan nationality.

Required skills

  • Civil engineering technical expertise.
  • Competency‑based teaching methods.
  • Training evaluation tools.
  • Digital learning platforms and presentation tools.
