Client Experience Manager (Sales & Client Success)

About the role

Moroccan Brothers is an online coaching business that helps clients, mostly investors living abroad, buy and run property in Morocco. Its Marrakech team handles the hands-on work, and this Client Experience Manager runs the Sales and Client Success departments, working one-to-one with the founders. The role reports to the Executive Manager, Hind, and is based in the Guéliz office.

Key responsibilities

• Sales: turn leads into booked and attended calls, keep the CRM accurate and act as personal assistant to the founders by managing their calendars
• Lead handling: reply immediately, follow the SOP and scripts, chase leads until they book, confirm attendance, log outcomes in the CRM and rebook no-shows
• Client success: answer client questions on Slack, follow up regularly, track client progress and flag those needing founder support
• Book property viewings with estate agents and coordinate them with the Executive Manager
• Log every client conversation and viewing in the CRM

Required profile

• Exceptional English; French and Arabic are a strong advantage
• Must live in Marrakech and own a means of transport; the role is not remote
• Follows SOPs and frameworks, keeps the CRM complete and communicates clearly and professionally

What we offer

• Permanent contract with a probation period
• Salary of 6,000 MAD gross per month
• Monday to Saturday, 44 hours a week (Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00, Sat 09:00-13:00)
