Clinical Operations Manager - AOS

About the role

The Clinical Operations Manager plays a key collaborative role, partnering with regional teams to deliver innovative, comprehensive solutions for Varian customers. The position emphasises process optimisation and strategic alignment, using tools such as Microsoft 365 (Teams, Lists, SharePoint) and Salesforce (Unity Reports and Dashboards) to improve communication, project visibility and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and set clear expectations for Varian product implementation, and build long-term relationships through consistent, value-driven interaction.
• Coordinate training and education with the Applications Director, Applications Manager, Clinical Applications Operations Manager and Resource Manager.
• Align with Sales, Project Management and AOS teams so that the transition from sale to full product adoption is seamless.
• Manage resource allocation for entitlements and professional services.
• Forecast and identify opportunities for incremental revenue, especially through Multi-Year Service Agreements.
• Explore and implement creative approaches to customer training and education, and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Propose creative solutions to complex challenges and handle diverse customer environments professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or certification as a Radiation Therapist (RTT) or as a Medical Dosimetrist.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience at Varian; clinical experience with Varian products strongly preferred.
• Preferred prior education and training experience.
