Cloud Solution Architect (ModernWork)

About the role

Concentrix is looking for an experienced Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with a strong specialization in the ModernWork skillset, particularly Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/ConfigMgr), Microsoft Intune and Exchange Server and Exchange Online. The CSA acts as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers modernize, secure and optimize their endpoint management environments while accelerating the adoption of Microsoft cloud technologies. The role combines hands-on technical expertise, solution architecture, customer-facing delivery, troubleshooting and technical advisory, and is based in Marrakech (MA) on a work-at-home basis.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimize enterprise endpoint management solutions based on SCCM/ConfigMgr and Intune
• Assess existing endpoint environments and define modernization roadmaps aligned with Microsoft best practices
• Design cloud-native, hybrid and co-management architectures across SCCM and Intune
• Lead or support migration from traditional SCCM to modern management with Intune
• Design and implement Windows Autopilot and zero-touch provisioning scenarios
• Configure device configuration, application deployment, compliance policies, update management and endpoint security
• Provide technical guidance during deployment, troubleshooting, optimization and operational readiness phases

Required profile

• Strong customer-facing and consulting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, fluent French and Arabic
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

Required skills

• Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/ConfigMgr): architecture, OSD, software update management, client management, distribution points, co-management with Intune
• Microsoft Intune: device enrollment, Windows Autopilot, configuration profiles, compliance policies, conditional access, Entra ID integration
• Working knowledge of Exchange Server and Exchange Online, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365
