Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding technical support via email and phone.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to networking and cloud products.
• Escalate incidents with clear impact, timeline, and reproduction steps.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer events.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level, spoken and written).
• 1‑2 years of proven experience in a technical support role.
• Experience as a Cloud Support Engineer.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused attitude.
