Commercial B2B Sales Representative

About the role

Af Golden Agri is a commercial agribusiness company serving business clients with reliable, high-quality products and services across the agricultural value chain. It is looking for a full-time, on-site Commercial B2B representative based in Aït Melloul to manage and develop relationships with business customers, understand their needs and provide suitable commercial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and follow up with clients, and prepare and negotiate offers
• Handle orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service
• Monitor market trends and manage key accounts
• Handle purchasing requests and support continuous improvement of commercial processes
• Report regularly on sales activities, customer feedback and performance against targets

Required profile

• Experience in B2B commercial roles, ideally in agribusiness, food or related sectors
• Ability to work on-site in Aït Melloul and manage several client accounts in a fast-paced environment
• Diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, Agriculture or a related field preferred

Required skills

• Sales expertise: prospecting, lead follow-up and closing deals with business partners
• Purchasing knowledge to support sourcing, pricing and supplier coordination
• Customer service and account management skills
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency in basic office and CRM tools
