About the role

Join 2CA Business, a fast‑growing player in customer relations and insurance services. As a Health Insurance Sales Advisor you will help individuals choose the best health coverage and turn your sales talent into measurable success.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing clients by phone to present health insurance solutions.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate policies.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth in the French‑speaking market.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of proven experience in insurance sales.
• Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone, dynamic, persistent and results‑oriented.
• Good command of French, both spoken and written.
