About the role
The Commercial role focuses on acquiring and managing clients for parcel delivery services, driving business growth through proactive sales activities and strong relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of potential clients.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term relationships with existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall growth.
- Achieve sales targets set by management.
- Ensure regular follow‑up with clients to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and deliver regular activity and sales reports to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the transportation sector or a similar industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good organizational skills and the capacity to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
- Dynamic, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
