Commercial Portfolio Associate

About the role

The Commercial Portfolio Associate supports portfolio performance management, financial reconciliation and alliance governance. The role acts as a central coordination point across commercial, finance, compliance, medical, regulatory and supply‑chain teams to ensure accurate reporting and seamless execution.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update portfolio performance trackers (sales, forecasts, risks) and prepare data for business reviews.
• Review, reconcile and follow‑up partner invoices, ensuring contractual compliance and financial accuracy.
• Track actions from alliance and governance meetings, support JSCs and monthly alliance reviews.
• Archive alliance documentation (invoices, payment evidence, reconciliation files, MoMs) in a traceable, audit‑ready manner.
• Coordinate information flow and close actions across Commercial/BD&L, Finance, Compliance, Medical, Regulatory and Supply Chain stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in commercial operations, finance or coordination, preferably in a multinational or pharma environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and high integrity.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, trackers).
• PowerPoint for business reviews and presentations.
• ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent for financial tracking and invoicing.
• Data‑visualisation tools, preferably Power BI.
• Document‑management platforms like SharePoint.
