About the role

ALH Holding is seeking a Senior Commercial professional to drive sales, reservations, and portfolio management within its real‑estate division. The role focuses on achieving booking, collection, and de‑stocking targets while delivering high‑quality service to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Promote real‑estate products to target customers.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients.
• Meet sales objectives set by the Team Leader and Commercial Manager.
• Welcome prospects, organise project and model‑apartment visits.
• Qualify leads and maintain an up‑to‑date client database.
• Conduct field prospecting and prescription missions.
• Utilise the provided information system, ensuring data quality and completeness.
• Monitor payment deadlines and ensure rigorous collection.
• Provide post‑sale follow‑up to encourage referrals.
• Adhere strictly to commercial procedures and support the group’s sales policy.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+3 in commercial management.
• 3‑5 years of experience, preferably in real‑estate sales.
• Integrity, rigor, objectivity and respect for rules.
• Performance‑driven mindset with curiosity and creativity.
• Strong market awareness and listening skills.
• Excellent relational and negotiation abilities.
