Commercial Specialist Freelancer

About the role

The Commercial Specialist Freelancer will work full‑time on‑site in the Marrakech Metropolitan Area, supporting Halifax Ascenseurs’ commercial activities. The role focuses on generating new business, managing client accounts and coordinating proposals and contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and conduct sales visits.
• Manage existing client accounts, prepare quotations, negotiate terms and secure orders and renewals.
• Handle purchasing requests for client projects, coordinate with suppliers and maintain accurate commercial records.
• Monitor market trends, contribute to sales forecasts and provide regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills to build trust and understand client needs.
• Proven sales and account‑management experience in B2B environments, preferably technical, industrial or construction sectors.
• Experience in purchasing and supplier coordination to support project delivery.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time in the Marrakech area and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Comfort using CRM tools and office productivity software.
• Basic reporting tools for tracking activities and outcomes.
