About the role
SOGEA Maroc is looking for a Communication Manager to lead and implement its internal and external communication strategy. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across digital channels, content production, and stakeholder coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Define and deploy the overall internal and external communication strategy.
- Manage digital communication initiatives and oversee all communication channels.
- Create and produce editorial, graphic, and audiovisual content.
- Maintain and animate the corporate website and social media platforms.
- Design and disseminate internal communications to keep employees informed.
- Coordinate communication activities linked to projects and company events.
- Support the rollout of CSR action plans and citizen‑engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure message consistency.
