Concierge Agent

About the role

The Concierge Agent at Four Seasons Casablanca delivers premium guest experiences by handling all interactions with professionalism and hospitality. This role supports guests with information, reservations, and personalized services while maintaining the luxury standards of the Four Seasons brand.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly, providing recommendations based on local knowledge.
• Process incoming and outgoing packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately.
• Maintain up‑to‑date collateral on local attractions, restaurants, museums, and events.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors for ticketing, reservations, and activity bookings.
• Store and retrieve guest luggage and packages, and assist with Bell stand and lobby coverage as needed.
• Utilize hotel software to record special arrangements and ensure correct billing.
• Serve as Front Desk Receptionist during peak periods or staff shortages.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hospitality or related experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Casablanca and surrounding areas; existing vendor relationships are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education not required.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings.
