Confirmation & Financial Security Analyst (KYC)

About the role

As a Confirmation & Financial Security Analyst / KYC Analyst, you will ensure transaction compliance and secure financial flows on a daily basis. You will conduct KYC reviews, verify customer files, update records, and monitor alerts related to anti‑money laundering and counter‑terrorist financing. The role works closely with Operations, Risk and Compliance teams to continuously improve procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Process and verify banking confirmations, resolving discrepancies.
• Analyse and update KYC files for corporate and individual clients.
• Verify client identification, shareholders and ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs).
• Screen clients and transactions for sanctions, PEPs and adverse media.
• Investigate alerts and escalate suspicious activity in line with AML/CFT rules.
• Handle customer complaints, logging and responding within regulatory deadlines.
• Perform level‑1 and level‑2 internal controls and follow up on action plans.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections.
• Contribute to procedure updates and compliance improvement projects.

Required profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Compliance, Law, Banking, Finance or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in KYC, compliance, financial security or internal control.
• Fluent in English and French with excellent attention to detail.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging and payment systems.
• CAMS or similar certification.
• Experience with screening and monitoring tools.
