About the role
The Technical Advisor will work remotely to receive and resolve user requests related to the use of computer equipment. The position is based in El Jadida and reports to the team leader.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and solve technical problems reported by customers.
- Provide clear, step‑by‑step solutions while meeting quality and response‑time standards.
- Document incidents and resolutions in the internal system.
- Complete a comprehensive training program before handling live cases.
Required profile
- Fluent French, both spoken and written.
- Strong listening skills and customer‑orientation.
- Good analytical and diagnostic abilities.
- Relevant technical education or training.
- Previous experience in technical assistance is a plus.
Required skills
- Computer hardware troubleshooting.
- Remote technical assistance.
