About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Worker for a full-time, on‑site position in Rabat. The role involves hands‑on participation in masonry, flooring, and renovation projects, ensuring high‑quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing construction projects on site.
- Apply masonry techniques to build and repair structures.
- Install flooring and carry out renovation tasks.
- Maintain high quality standards across all assignments.
- Follow safety guidelines and collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines.
Required profile
- Strong skills in masonry and general construction.
- Experience with flooring installation and renovation work.
- Ability to conduct construction‑related research for project planning.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Physical stamina to handle tools and work outdoors.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
