Consultant Support – SharePoint & OneDrive Administration

About the role

We are looking for a Consultant Support specialist to manage and optimise SharePoint and OneDrive environments for our clients. You will work closely with Microsoft 365 teams, providing technical assistance, training, and automation solutions to ensure seamless collaboration and data management.

Key responsibilities

• Administer SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, lists, workflows and permissions.
• Resolve technical incidents related to access, synchronization, file sharing and permission conflicts.
• Supervise data migration projects using tools such as ShareGate or AvePoint.
• Automate processes with Power Automate and PowerShell scripts.
• Provide N2/N3 user support, create guides and conduct training sessions.
• Analyse usage metrics, propose improvements and contribute to the technical roadmap.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2/3) in Computer Science or Telecommunications.
• 2‑3 years of experience in SharePoint/OneDrive or Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong project management and technical analysis capabilities.
• Good technical English communication skills.
