Content Designer – Customer Service

About the role

We are building a Content Design function from the ground up at indrive and are looking for a CS Content Designer to shape how knowledge is created and delivered for our customer‑service teams across 48 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product teams to own and update local support knowledge, ensuring the right information is available at the right time.
• Adopt a scenario‑first mindset, designing clear flow descriptions, articles, instructions and other content rather than isolated answer templates.
• Partner with regional support teams to deliver knowledge updates, gather real‑world feedback and continuously iterate the content.
• Help define and evolve content guidelines, standards and best practices.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in UX writing, content design or knowledge management.
• Basic experience analysing support tickets or mapping customer journeys.
• Strong written communication with an eye for detail, demonstrated through a portfolio.
• Proven ability to improve content based on feedback, research and data.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills.
