Contracting Manager, Middle East & North Africa

About the role

G Adventures is seeking a Regional Contracting Manager to lead the sourcing, negotiation, and supplier relationship strategy across the Middle East & North Africa. You will head a dedicated buying team, ensuring contracts align with the company’s sustainability and ethical standards while supporting operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional purchasing plans that balance cost efficiency with quality.
• Identify and onboard new vendors, run RFP processes, and monitor market trends.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including negotiations, renewals, and amendments, embedding social‑enterprise values.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional buying team to achieve performance targets.
• Provide contracting expertise and cross‑functional training to other departments.
• Oversee the regional travel budget, track expenditures, and analyze financial reports such as trip profitability and balanced scorecards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, or contract administration, preferably in a travel or tourism environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Commitment to sustainability, ethical sourcing, and continuous improvement.
