About the role

The Contremaître Fabrication Lait/Céréales is responsible for ensuring that the production plan for dairy and cereal products is executed on time, safely, and in full compliance with legal, quality, hygiene and environmental standards. The role leads a team, drives continuous improvement, and supports sustainability initiatives within the Nestlé factory in El Jadida.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee on‑time achievement of the production plan while meeting all safety, quality, GMP and environmental requirements.
• Maintain clean and functional work areas in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Oversee Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) compliance, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Lead sustainability projects such as plastic reduction, waste minimisation and packaging optimisation.
• Ensure product quality through continuous line controls, investigations and corrective actions.
• Implement TPM/LEAN and NCE methodologies on assigned lines.
• Manage team performance, conduct talent assessments, and support personal development plans.
• Control material, labor and cost utilisation to achieve zero waste and audit‑free performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within food or beverage manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, SHE regulations and industrial safety standards.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop a production team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and familiarity with continuous‑improvement tools.
• Commitment to sustainability and cost‑efficiency objectives.
